Richard is a partner in the Commercial Property Team who specialises in mineral extraction. He has a broad range of experience in commercial property, including industrial development as well as telecommunication work. He has considerable expertise in rural land use and agriculture. He also has involvement in the acquisition and disposal of tourist and leisure businesses. Richard has been with Stephens Scown since 1993.
