Andy Steele joined Stephens Scown as Chief Executive Officer in 2005.  His role is to provide leadership and direction to all operations within the firm, effectively undertaking the responsibility of a managing partner.

Andy's background is as a Chartered Surveyor with 21 years' experience in the construction and associated support industries in both privately-owned and PLC corporate structures. 

His last role before joining Stephens Scown was as Managing Director of an AIM listed PLC, where he grew the business by over 300% in five years and took it to the point where it became AIM Company of the Year in 2004.
